Triathlon Training

6:30 - 7:30 pm

Are you interested in
taking on the challenge of a Triathlon? What is a Triathlon? A
Triathlon is an endurance sports event consisting of swimming, cycling,
and running over various distances. The Spin/Second Sole Multi-sport
Team will be at Five Seasons conducting weekly training sessions on
Tuesday evenings. Join us in the small group exercise room for
this free weekly training session to prepare members to
compete at the Great Cleveland Triathlon in Mentor, Ohio on August 10,
